Delivery of Your Goods

Next Deal will deliver your goods to the address specified on your order form. Orders will be dispatched promptly upon completion. You will receive an Order Status update email to track your delivery ETA. While we make every effort to meet the specified delivery date on your order confirmation, we rely on shipping providers and can not be held responsible for their delays. 

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different warehouses, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

By default, all orders will be authorized for delivery without requiring a signature, unless specific instructions are provided. If you anticipate being unavailable to receive the delivery and wish to make alternative arrangements, please indicate your instructions in the special instructions section on the order page (e.g., request the driver to leave the package on the front porch).

Please be aware that we do not accept responsibility for orders left unattended at your address. By selecting this delivery option, you acknowledge full responsibility for receipt of the order once it is dropped off by the courier.

Next Deal will not assume liability for any damage to or loss of goods if the delivery location is unattended at the time of delivery, regardless of the circumstances.
